Child Welfare Service
If you see a child or young person who needs help, you can contact Child Welfare Service.
Such situations may include neglect of a child, parent's abuse of alcohol or drugs, mental health problems or severe conflicts in the family.
A child or a young person may also compromise their own well-being, for instance, by using intoxicants, neglecting school or committing crimes.
Child Welfare Service will help in sorting out situations and providing different types of support for the whole family.
