Plots

The city buys, sells and leases land for various purposes and ensures that land necessary for the development of the city is available at the right time.

The city offers and turns over plots to private individuals and businesses for development in different parts of Kerava and coordinates the search for plots to be turned over. The aim is that there are plots for detached and terraced houses and apartment buildings as well as commercial plots available at all times.
