Circus Market

The Circus Market is a traditional urban event in Kerava, where circus performances and autumn markets gather residents together. During the event, the city will also be visited by the Suomen Tivoli circus. The next Circus Market will be held on 6–7th of September 2025 in Kivisilta.

History of the Circus Market

The first Circus Market was held in 1978. Originally, the main goal of the market was to raise funds for a statue in honour of the circus and funfair tradition in Kerava. The circus statue was unveiled in 1979 and is still located on the pedestrian street.
