Kerava cultural services organises and coordinates several events during the year, including Kerava Day, Circus Market and Christmas in Kerava, and produces programmes for Keuda’s Kerava-sali and Pentinkulma at the city library. Festivals and events are carried out in cooperation with various city departments, associations and artists.

The City of Kerava promotes the independent cultural activities of residents by awarding grants to associations, artists and organisations that produce art and cultural content in Kerava. An important part of the activities of cultural services is the implementation of a cultural education plan together with schools and cultural and art organisations.

The Kerava art checkpoints tour includes public works of art around the city. The route is about two kilometres long and includes 20 public works of art.
