Shared Services Division
The purpose of Shared Services is to guide and support the city's leadership, sectors, and units in strategic management, as well as in organizing and developing operations.
In addition, Shared Services is responsible for the preparation, management, and implementation of strategically significant citywide matters, as well as for the organization of centralized support services.
The Shared Services Division operates under the City Board and is led by the City Chamberlain.
The Shared Services Division consists of three areas of responsibility:
- Administrative and Support Services
- Human Resources, Financial and Information Management Services
- Strategic Development Services.
