Office of the Mayor
The Mayor is responsible for the operations of the City Board division and directs and develops operations under the supervision of the City Board. The City Board appoints a deputy mayor, who performs the duties of the mayor in case the Mayor is absent or disqualified.

The organisation of the Office of the Mayor consists of five spheres of responsibility:
- Administrative services
- HR services
- Urban development services
- Group and vitality services, and
- Communication services
